SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS


All special order or custom made items or those sourced outside of our usual stock, or with personalisation are “non returnable”


EMBROIDERED OR PERSONALISED ITEMS


We offer a personalised embroidery service on all our garments, however once an item of clothing has been embroidered NO REFUND will be made except in the event of a manufacturers fault.


RETURNS


Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if boxed, unused and unworn and with all labels attached and in perfect condition. Whereby a refund will be made upon receipt of the goods at our premises. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely and sent by courier on a signed for service. In the event of returned items the Customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred.


FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS


If you wish to return a product which is faulty please contact us with the details of the fault so that we can try to resolve the problem before a return is made. If we decide the product should be returned we will issue you with a Returns Number which you should send with your name and address when returning the product. If the product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase we will refund the cost of returning it to us by our stated method. After 30 days you may return the item to us at your own expense. On receipt the item will be checked for the fault for which it was returned. If item is found to be good no refund of carriage costs will be made and we will have to charge you the full cost of returning the item to you. If the item is faulty we will send a replacement at our cost.
